Richter-Lambron JV LLC, founded in 1994, is one of the oldest and leading distributors in the pharmaceutical market of the Republic of Armenia. The joint venture was established by the Armenian private company Lambron-Pharmimpex LLC and well-known Hungarian manufacturer of medicines Gedeon Richter Ltd.

Our main activity is distribution: reception, storage, sale and distribution of medicines, medical products and parapharmaceutical products to pharmacies, distribution companies and medical institutions of Armenia.

Over the years of activity, we have systematically expanded our cooperation with foreign companies, and at the moment we cooperate with more than 50 manufacturers.

In our price list you will find products of about 5000 medicines, cosmetics, etc., imported by us directly or purchased from our reliable local partners and pharmaceutical manufacturers.

The Quality System, implemented by "Richter-Lambron" JV LLC, guarantees quality assurance of certified drugs and parapharmaceutical products (medical accessories, cosmetics and sanitary articles, etc.) directly supplied from manufacturers and official distributors.

The first guarantor of a quality product is the selection of licensed suppliers and customers. Our partners are manufacturers, official distributors, as well as pharmaceutical and medical institutions. The cooperation with these type of companies is the first precondition of the quality service provided by us.

In our warehouse, which meets European standards, all the conditions have been created for the storage and distribution of drugs and para-pharmaceutical products.

Due to the compliance with the GSP rules, the quality of medicine remains the same in all stages of storage.

Specially equipped high-quality storage areas in the warehouse provide all the means for receiving, storing, collecting and dispensing medicines and parapharmaceutical products.

All medicine and parapharmaceuticals are kept in conditions corresponding to their labeling. To provide the mentioned conditions the main storage area of the warehouse has a room temperature. There are also refrigerator rooms for medicine requiring different storage conditions (+2°C - +8°C; +8°C - +15°C; -20°C) and a bunker for psychotropic medications and narcotics.

The air temperature and humidity are continually monitored in the warehouse.

The release of medicine and parapharmaceutical products is conducted in compliance with GDP rules.

The company has its own transportations means, which assure the quality maintenance of medicine during the whole process of transportation.

Drugs that require low temperature conditions are carried through vehicles equipped with refrigerator booths and thermal containers.

All stages of our Quality System activities are carried out by qualified specialists.

Long before the order (N66 dated 04.02.2003) of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Armenia that the medicine wholesale trade companies should indicate the number of medicine batch in sales invoices, our organization has been doing that since 1999 and also runs serial recordings.

Due to our experienced staff and proper technical equipment, such as GPS monitoring and etc, we provide minimum time-lapse between filing an application and you receiving the goods in your pharmacy.

In the framework of cooperation with us, your pharmacy will be able to maximize involvement in promotional activities carried out by official medical offices and representatives of manufacturers of medicines listed in the price list.

In our price list, we fully inform our customers about the composition and shelf life of the drug, new arrivals, also indicate which drugs are in active promotion. In addition, our employees are always ready to provide maximum information support on all your issues of interest.

Throughout their histories, our companies have implemented latest methods and tools to conduct business, modernizing our industry as a result. That is why, having the desire to contribute to the protection of the environment, our companies were one of the first ones in Armenia to use renewable (solar) energy.
